Re: Portsmouth vs. Cincinnati Summit Country Day - D3 Title

Good luck to the Trojan Nation. You are all ready Champions. Now it's time to show the whole State of Ohio. Of all the teams, I have seen play, I thought the Trojans played with as much poise as any other team. I like the Trojans to cut down the nets.

Re: Portsmouth vs. Cincinnati Summit Country Day - D3 Title

Dion was definitely hurting. If o-G had not made that last run Collins would not have put him back in. He could not get any lift. Hopefully 36 hours plus ofvtreatment will get him back close to 100%.

Re: PORTSMOUTH VS OTTAWA-GLANDORF Final 4

Congrats to the Trojans on a great game tonight. It was a pleasure to watch the Mighty Trojans take down O-G in every way possible. I would also say, Wayne Evans was by far the best player on the court. With 22 plus 10 assists and running the show, he was definitely the outstanding player. Carter Sh...

Just sad the Jackson Crnter vs Afrocentrictic thriller. What a come back by Jackson Center. Win 56-53 after being down 15. Great way to start the State Tourney.

The game will be played on Sunday April 22nd at Capital University. D3-4 starts at 3:30 pm followed by the D1-2 game. Also, Chillicothe's Malik London will be playing also. Two excellent players/young men who represent our area very well. Both will be moving up to Northern Ohio next year with Jake g...

Re: 3-17 (7:30 pm) Ironton vs Portsmouth (Regional Finals)

VERY PROUD OF THE 2012 REGIONAL CHAMPION PORTSMOUTH TROJANS!!! The Trojans played perhaps ther best defensive game of the year, considering how good Ironton is..........I knew that the Fighting Tigers would make a run, and they did, but PHS held off the charge to advance for the 15th time to the st...

Re: 3/15/12 Regional Semi Chillicothe vs St.Clairesville

D3, The kids were 100% interested and invested in the game last night. Your friend didn't hear or feel the intensity that these kids played with on D. That I defend them on. A's for the game, if others (not you) would read my previous post, I said how tough a matchup this would be. Teams don't go 22...

Good Luck to the Cavs Tonight! Rep SEO from Waverly Likewise ontheitch. Waverly is my home away from home. I remember when those kids were playing middle school ball and youth baseball. Great opportunity for both programs tonight. Very few can say they were in the Sweet 16. To say you played in an ...

On the first point i agree with RyanExpress be careful what is said. Although if they are the topic or their team it is hard to talk around them. Last but not least since you brought up officiating, In OHIO they need to learn what a eurostep is and a Jump orJump Hop step is or quit officiating. If ...

Trojandave, I knew my favorite historian would come through. Two things for you. 1). In going back through the Chilly history I found the teams in the 50's were real high scoring. I have asked some old timers if something was different about the game back then. No one seems to remember. Im wondering...
