Burg has not had a losing regular season team since 1964 , that's 51 years and counting.

If there is anyone in the know about the JV AND freshman scores this year would post them it would be of great interest to those who can't make it to the games.

People want Burg to play bigger schools why? I think they wanr them to get beat to make themselves feel better. Can't see this as a close game. Only advantage I can see, with 83 players on the team it's a chance to see what the next 2 or 3 years teams have to offer.

Every year I look forward to the Ironton game to guage where the teams are headed , you can see from the game where it's going. Sorry to say, if Burg played there first string longer I believe the score could have been 75 to 0. Won't look forward to the Ironton game as a guage for a while.

Talent the Burg has, compared to last year defense, they will not be close. Last years defense is as good as it gets around here.

Burg score is deceiving, Russell gave the burg all they could handle in the first half. Russell opened holes in the line Irontons band could have run through. Burg defense didn't cover the sweeps well either. Offense has a lot of skilled players but both lines have to be a concern
