SEOAL is now 4-1 against the OCC, including wins over 3 defending champions (Lancaster, Pick North, Big Nut), plus Newark, and the only loss against another defending OCC champ (Hilliard Darby).
Not bad.

Re: WK 2 (1-0) Logan @ Pickerington North
Locos, I hope it didn't seem as though I was saying that Lancaster sucked. They definately don't as they proved last night beating what I had heard was a top team from DC. I meant that Football Friday Night sucks but that's a whole other dicussion. Hey the more Lancaster wins the more we win right....

Re: WK 2 (1-0) Logan @ Pickerington North
2-0 against Div 1 teams. That is the most important thing. I have worried about the running game for awhile too but it will have to develop as the season goes on. Frye's shoes are pretty big to fill. However, remember most of the projected starting O-line is on the sideline right now. I feel there ...

Re: WK 2 (1-0) Logan @ Pickerington North
That's the final. 35-14. Way to go Chiefs another D1 bites the dust, er mud last night. BTW noreply66, Lancaster did win but the score was indeed 42-35. Football Friday Night showed it wrong and I got all exited. They really suck this year and I don't think I'll be watching anymore. Thanks for the ...

Congrats to Chris, and Go Redhawks!
Chris was a class act on the field, and someone that Chillicothe (and all of SE Ohio) can be proud of.

Yawn.
Lutz is 5-6 since his return from retirement, including 4 straight losses.
Ironton fans have to post on Logan threads since they are busy playing "Team Canada" this week.
Yawn.

Re: WK 2 (1-0) Logan @ Pickerington North
'87 Chief - Pickerington is led by a pair of Bowling Green verbal commitments. The first is Alex Bayer, a 6-4, 226lbs multi-purpose back. He is considered to be the "Tim Tebow" of the OCC, but think of the freshman year Tebow, not the Heisman winner. He will line-up as a tight end, wide re...

Re: WK 1 Lancaster @ Logan
Great win for Logan. The Chiefs have a great shot at going 10-0 now. yea shame they have to play jackson logan will be (9-1) Jackson is always a tough opponent for the Chieftains, and I'm sure they will be again in 2008. However, I think both teams have a LOT of football to worry about in the next ...

Re: WK 1 Lancaster @ Logan
OK all you long time Logan fans; I know it wasn't a playoff win or the '77 Logan-Ironton type game but where does this one rank in Logan all-time big wins? I would say wait and see but Lancaster does the rest of the season. OK, but the first win over them since '45? I think that counts for somethin...

Re: WK 2 (0-1) Federal Hocking @ (0-1) Athens
I don't know much about Fed Hock. Athens seems to have played well against the Blue Devils last week. I'm not looking for the Dogs to score a whole lot of points without Tope.
Hopefully they can put up three scores and the D can hold on.

I know what you mean by that ZV.
But the Devils impressed many last week, and I know it will be an emotional week for the Blue Devils.
Best of Luck!

That would be my plan as well.
Like I said, I have ever driven to North from Logan. I've been there three times (once for a JV game) and came from Columbus every time.

Re: WK 2 (1-0) Logan @ Pickerington North
D&C - You can go a couple of different ways. The school sits almost at the corner of Refugee and Pickerington Road, so you can just take Pickerington Road off 33 up to the school. You can also take Hill Road up, then go right on Refugee and follow till you reach the school. I'm not sure which of...

Re: WK 2 (1-0) Jackson @ (1-0) Waverly
Jackson needs to get the ball to more of their playmakers than they did against Wellston. Huff is a great back, but when 11 defensive players are keying on him, it should open things for Jackson's other backs and receivers. Maybe they were just trying to keep things simple and not show much in antic...
