Caribbean Jerk:
I was wondering the same thing. I know in the past there are occasional players that went over the hill from both schools.

Re: Hocking Division Predictions 2016
Current setup is nice. Nine schools within 60 students of one another. You won't a league in Ohio with closer size of schools. Great level of competition, especially in baseball, basketball, and football. One drawback is the location of Miller and S. Gallia. Long trips. Lot of natural rivalries. It ...

Raider,
Crooksville won state in 1977, but they did have two losses that year. One was to Philo, but I don't know who the other one was.

Re: Pioneer Valley Conf 2016
Tough to figure Morgan leaving the MVL. Tight-knit group. Crooksville, JG, New Lex, and Philo all founding members since '37. Maysville, Morgan, Sheridan, TV, and WM all members since their schools began in the 60's.

Re: Pioneer Valley Conf 2016
I will believe this when I see it. Meadowbrook and Cambridge will "love" the country drive to Warren and Morgan after all interstate drives for the ECOL. The voting concept does not make sense to me, but I have seen this done by the TVC and other conferences. Schools choosing membership th...

Re: Hocking Division Predictions 2016
Miller, Southern, Trimble, and Waterford return the most. I see the Hocking being wide-open for the top spot, especially after the stranglehold Trimble and Wahama have had on the title.

Re: 2016 Trimble Tomcats
Trimble will still compete in the Hocking. Miller, Southern, and Waterford return a lot, and should be able to play with the Tomcats. 3 OL back. Curry, Hardy, Hardy, Hooper, Downs at the skill spots. Finding a QB will be interesting, and they will see how valuable Jenkins, Lousey, Smathers, Stevens,...

Re: WK 11: 5. Belpre (8-2) @ Harvest Prep (8-2) Region 25
HP has two of their "athletes" back from last year. Not sure on names, but they line them up all over the place. Both fast. Also a LB and DL played quite a bit last year.

Re: WK 11: 5. Belpre (8-2) @ Harvest Prep (8-2) Region 25
For all of the great skill players they have, Belpre's strength is up front. If they win the line battle, they win the game. Playing great defense and running the ball well right now. Can't wait to see them on the turf. I say 40-35, Golden Eagles in a shoot-out. EDSpy: Tojzae Reams did not play agai...

Re: Region 25
1- Danville 2- Trimble 3- Caldwell 4- Belpre 5- Harvest Prep 6- Sciotoville 7- South Gallia 8- Symmes Valley A lot of games that can figure into this order, but here is how I see it. 1, 2, 3 win and are pretty set. Belpre and HP is going to be tight. Both have to win (test for Belpre) and if Madison...

Re: Wk 10: Waterford (5-4) @ Belpre (7-2)
Will be a special night for Belpre, regardless of the outcome. This group of seniors has accomplished as much as any group to go through BHS, and they still have so much yet to be written before their chapter is concluded. These young men have been a joy to watch the last four years! Thank you! Good...
