You are 100% correct ! Problem is, there are many schools who have made terrible decisions in they're firing and hiring practices ! Thus, you have some coaches who are hired to just fill that position and some don't qualify as good JV coaches. kids and communities get stuck with lemons .

Somewhat agree with that . No more divisions . Doesn't need to be watered down like football ! Would like to see top 100 put in D-1 and other 3 divisions split up equally from there .
