To be quite honest, I don't really care what Army thinks. I just get tired of the insults. He grew up in Wellston with a strong dislike for anything Jackson, which is why the Ironmen are one of his favorite targets. I would just let him go when he starts his ramblings, but some people who read this ...

Zanesville...a team that should give both your Gallia Academy Blue Devils and Jackson Ironmen a going away SEOAL loss to both your teams this season. Don't have poor old Warren Local or Athens this season do you Oh, I stand corrected, Gallipolis does in Non-League. Vinton County, Wellston and poor ...

The Jackson-Wellston game is on Saturday when it's played in Wellston and Friday when it's in Jackson. Saturday definitely helps out with the gate...you see people from all over the area.

I guess you missed my sarcasm. Doesn't surprise me. I think you already used the Vinton County insult earlier today, though. It doesn't have the same effect the second time around. I've asked you two or three times now if a series between Chillicothe and Zanesville is actually scheduled or is being ...

Zanesville Yes, Zanesville. Didn't you say that you saw your Cavs continuing to play them in football and basketball? I just wondered if that was actually in the works, or if you just made it up. And I see you're insulting orange and brown now because he stood up to you. I think I see a trend devel...

I see it happening due to our ties in the old C.O.L. and now in the SEOAL. We played them in several district games in the past. I see it becoming a real possibility. Unlike you guys, I might add a D2 school, we are not afraid of playing competition over here at Chillicothe a D3 school. You don't s...

Has Chillicothe actually already scheduled Zanesville for football and basketball in the future? What years? Or is this just something you cooked up on your own? And I love how you flip-flop about Chillicothe in the SEOAL on a daily basis. One day you say Chillicothe will be leaving if some other sc...

I'm just about convinced that you can't read. I WAS talking about Zanesville and the SEOAL on this topic. You didn't agree with my viewpoint, and that of other posters as well, so you insulted our schools. That's where I have the problem. And if I'm not allowed to post on this topic simply because I...

Well, there's another lie. You're the one who started harping about Jackson. You have this problem. When people discuss the topic at hand and you don't like what they say, you don't just disagree and try to prove your side of the point. You also start taking shots at that person's favorite school. E...

Why don't you worry about the Ironmen, you might want to, concerning all sports, but especially football this up-coming season Typical response from Army when he knows he has nothing to say. As well as Jackson....always with the same First, what does that even mean? Secondly, I honestly don't think...

I don't understand why you respond when you're not actually going to say anything. gahs4ever's last post was right on the mark in my opinion. What other leagues in SE Ohio would want to take in Jackson, GAHS, or Chillicothe? Logan is stuck in a tough spot...the OCC wants nothing to do with them. War...

I'm not surprised that you love it, Army. ghostwriter, If that's your opinion, then that's fine. Will you explain to me how the SEOAL isn't what it used to be though? I feel that the SEOAL is probably as strong overall as it has ever been. The addition of the four teams, even with Zanesville leaving...

92, I was also wondering how long Blankenship would be willing to stay as the AD. I think the administration would definitely consider him for the job, but after the recent events, I would think he would have to be committed to staying for an extended period of time. I'm not saying that he couldn't ...

I don't think all 65 of those responses came in about one hour.

Anyway, glad to hear that Paul Blankenship will be taking over. I'm sure he'll do a great job as the interim AD and I definitely think he will be considered to fill the position next year as well.

Congrats to the Cavs. I thought Zanesville was gonna pull out the win when they opened up that lead going into the 4th, but Hitchens took over from there and the Cavs pulled out the win. Great win for Chillicothe!

The graduating class of 2001 would have played their senior football season in 2000. Maybe that's where the conflict is.

For example, this year's seniors would have played football in 2007, but they'll be known as the class of 2008 because that's when they will graduate.

I thought it was 2000 or 2001, so I looked at the OHSAA football record book to see when Young scored the 46 points. It says that he did it in 2000. Maybe it's wrong. Here's the link. m Edit: Now that I think about it, it couldn't have been in 2001 or 2002, so it was 2000 or earlier. Wellston had tw...
