Re: Toughest Home Court Advantage

How can you make a poll about toughest places to get a win and not include any schools with more than 18 students? lol. 1. Zanesville (BY FAR) 2. Other tough ones are Wheelersburg, Chillicothe, Ironton, Greenfield, and I've never been to Oak Hill but I would guess that is a tough place to play as we...

Re: FreeHuddle.com: The Buck Stops Here

If anyone knows of any other regional sites such as this they should direct them to freehuddle as well and maybe see if they will do the same link thing that has been discussed. I know I enjoy the freedom of SEOPS and love reading here but being from Chillicothe (longtime OCC member) I love keeping ...

Re: Who do you support?

I am a fan of the Chillicothe Cavaliers. However, I support anyone who puts time and effort into what they do. I try my best never to put down any coach, or player of any team. Some fans I cannot say the same about.

Re: 2009-2010 Chillicothe Cavaliers

Yea. They play Saturday December 12th. It is the second game of the season for the Cavs. They have played L.E. during the regular season every year that Kellough has been coach I believe. Should be a great game. Both teams lost a good bit of last years teams and both teams have "reloaded" ...

Re: Being Competitive in Playoffs ?

SCHEDULE. That is why Ironton has been successful in the playoffs. It is why Logan has not been usually, but why I feel that they are beginning to be. They used to play in the SEOAL(doesn;t get you ready for D1 and 2 playoffs) AND schedule relatively weak non conference games often. Now, they are st...

Re: SUPRISE TEAMS

I would agree that Jackson has a chance to suprise some people this year. Maybe the biggest suprise. Also GAHS may have a chance to suprise some people as well.

Re: CAVALIER FOOTBALL 2010 A NEW BEGINNING

I think they should seek a young energetic coach. Discipline is needed within the program big time. At the same time it doesn't need to be like the Marines. The new coach should still allow the kids to have fun, play fast, and compete. Those are what all good teams do. In the end, whether the team i...

Re: 2009-2010 Chillicothe Cavaliers

It is officially Bball season. What is the latest? Hopefully no one has quit. Any transfers other than Zach Johnson? What positions will be filled by whom and who has looked good in early practices and over the summer?

I kind of like the one in Chillicothe's gym that says "2008 Boys Basketball Division II State Champions" .

Re: SEOAL 09-10 Thoughts and Predictions

Gymrat, Trojan Dave, and Pink Floyyd have all made good points. Team wise, I agree with Gymrats assessment of the league as a whole. I think he pretty much hit the nail on the head. Trojan Dave and Pink Floyyd are right on about the players too. Pinkfloyd is right about London. He has potential to b...
