Re: Week 7: Logan (1-5) at Jackson (3-3)
Wow. You'd think Jackson was the team coming in 1-5, and 5-21 over the last three seasons. The team that hasn't won at home since 2010. You'd think Logan was the team that had won 2 straight SEOAL titles, had a 22-game regular season winning streak snapped this season, that is on a 12-game SEOAL wi...

Re: Week 6: Warren (2-3) @ Jackson (2-3)
I thought this was about Warren and Jackson?????? How did it digress into Ironton and Jackson?????? Strength of schedule goes to Jackson, if the Warriors that showed up, fired up and ready to play like last Friday, this game could be very interesting game. Both teams have something to prove. So I w...

Re: Week 5: Jackson (2-2) @ Wheelersburg (3-1)
As we all keep stating it all comes down to how Jackson's O-Line plays, because our defense will be fine, I'm pretty sure Wheelersburg's offense is not as potent and balanced as Granville and Athens I believe McCorkle, Rafferty, Griffiths, and Williams will step up to help loss of Morgan, and our Se...

Re: Week 5: Jackson (2-2) @ Wheelersburg (3-1)
Jackson threw the ball 20 times against Athens. Some of those were late when they HAD to throw the ball, but I think Coach Hall was attempting more than enough passes to keep the defense honest. He also tried spreading out the defense to create running lanes for Rafferty. Dropped passes were a big ...

Re: Week 5: Jackson (2-2) @ Wheelersburg (3-1)
Hard for the O-Line to block and move people with 8-9 people in the box, I know Coach Hall's been trying to spread it out, but with no threat of a passing game, why even move. In my opinion the most important thing would be to get the passing game going, after we become more balanced, that will take...

Re: Wellston vs. Jackson 2010
Wheelersburg couldn't stop Jackson running other than when Jackson fumbled it, and their line is bigger than Wellston. The defense though kept giving up big plays through the air. Luckily Wellston doesn't throw a lot but it could hurt Jackson down the road. I predict Wellston hangs around for a half...

Jackson "big" line looked dominant against Meigs today. True, Meigs isn't Portsmouth or Logan, but it was still a dominating performance. :122245 :122245 :122245

Re: Wellston vs. Jackson 2010
I visited C.H. Jones Field, and I agree the line is really small, but the Osborne kid can fly. Surely they won't have Prater just handing the ball off. The fullbacks, Miller and Jayjohn, run very hard. I also saw that Wellston was weak against the option and pass.
