Re: River Valley vs Gallia Academy

Was the other big guy they have out injured or something?
I saw him play in the foundation game. Nice player.

Didn't see his name mentioned in the box score.
thanks

Re: Jackson at Washington ch

I believe Jackson will be able to adjust to the guard play and play good solid defense.
In the process limit possessions for Courthouse.
Jackson pulls away in the 4th by 10 plus.

Re: Jackson at Gallia Academy

I like what most Blue Devil fans are drinking thinking that of their team.

I believe svac83 is more with reality with his assessment. It will be a very good game.

Re: Jackson vs. Greenfield McClain Friday Dec. 8th

They should expect to win with the system and kids in place.
Not surprising at all.
They should win at least 14 ballgames this year.

Sounds like the same thing for Meigs each game.

Could be a long season with the injuries mounting.

Re: Waverly @ Oak hill

Oak Hill should have no problem in this one. Waverly will win its fair share of games but won't happen at the Norm Dome. As far as Coach Persin not sure he will be done coaching maybe at Oak Hill unless he has another bumper crop on the horizon. You never know though. He doesn't have a lot left to p...

Re: MEIGS @ JACKSON 12-1-2017

Jackson could and should win this game and many others. They have 4, 3 year starters returning not many teams can say this. A good young but very talented point guard to round out the starting five. The bench will be a work in progress with a couple injuries but very capable young men to fill those ...

Re: Oak hill 2017-2018

It is a shame for the Oak Hill folks that the Hale kid is such a good basketball player or didn't graduate. Norm could have got one more really good transfer in and started him. Then the state title could be with all Oak Hill kids coming off the bench. lol Norm is a great coach though so not his fau...

Re: 2017/18 FAC Thoughts/Predictions?

I was told at work from a Jackson person that they return four, three year starters.
He didn't know much more. I would say they should be experienced it sounds like.

I would agree with Tigers#27 on the feel. I believe they had this same capability last year and didn't cross midfield.
This is a new year and new feel so go Tigers..

Re: WK 10 TVC Ohio Championship NY (9-0) at Athens (8-1)

Division II Region 7 isn't exactly loaded if you look at it.
The cavs would be sitting in 2nd right now instead of on the bubble.

Re: Region 11 Extreme Analysis

Very good analysis and like you said hard to pick winners week 10. It will come down to who you beat and if they can win. You can only control the game you play. One addition would be for Dover. Wooster plays d2 Ashland. Ashland should be favored but West Holmes looks like they gave them a real scar...

Re: WK 9 Chillicothe (6-2) @ Washington Court House (4-4)

The cavs will roll in this game with or without him.

They have to much speed on both sides of the ball. Not to mention their quarterback.
This will end up being around 35 or 42 to 7 maybe 14. My guess.
Taking nothing away from Courthouse but just over matched in this one.

Get ready for the Ironmen.

Re: WK 8 SOC 2: Waverly (5-2) vs. Portsmouth West (7-0)

Waverly should do well tonight sounds like they should be at full strength as far health for this time of the season. As far as there region, it is very good as far as the first four or five. To get into the playoffs in that region in the top 8 isn't that hard as if falls off a lot after that. They ...

Re: 2017 FAC Preview/Predictions

Jackson will struggle with chilly. They have a very athletic quarterback who can move in the pocket and is a very good runner.
He can beat you with his arm.
Very nice team who has played a very rugged early season schedule to prepare them for this game.
