Does West Frosh play Ironton this year...that sounds like it would be a great match-up....Ironton too went undefeated last year as eighth graders...and destroyed everyone they played...would love to see this match up. Although..Ironton lost their freshman running back the other night with an MCL......

The varsity starts physical fitness on July 23 and the Freshman and Junior High usually start 1 week after that. Weight lifting is available for the Freshman and Junior High with Coach Bowling starting at 11:00 on June 15 and also with Coach Burcham starting at 4:00.

Congratulations to Mark Lafon. Hopefully he is what is best for the Ironton Fighting Tiger kids. I think he is an outstanding coach, so hopefully that translates to AD.
