This isn't the third year though it's the second. There was only one year in between the last time Western played Eastern in the first round.

SOC 1 competition starts tonight. Some great opening league games tonight, including this one. I hope to see a good game at East tonight and hear of other good games around the conference. The SOC 1 looks to be the best it has in years and would be great to see it live up to all the hype.

With Hinze out I say Eastern will be to much. Leist has the 1000 points off of his shoulders and Eastern with that first win should be enough to get them going. I like Barrick and the Eastern boys tonight.
