Warren, undefeated playing only Freshmen and Sophomores with wins over Athens, Zanesville, Maysville and Ironton. A key player SO Kaleb Wolfe broke his finger in several places and some of the players are starting to be held out of the JV game so that they have quarters for varsity. We'll see if the...

Jottings: I believe the Warren JV are in first place as they have not lost a game this season.

Thanks for the address. I look forward to visiting Ironton for the first time. My grandmother's family is from Ironton (Murdock) and I need to visit and spend some time someday.

Any good places to eat?

Good luck to both teams tonight.

caglewis: Actually, I don't think so. What football game are you referring to? I think the OSU/LSU game is on the 7th. As for this basketball game I look for it to be a real barn burner. Both teams are very athletic. Warren has been shooting poorly, but that can't last forever. As far as size goes, ...

Pfloyd: That is exactly what I see. After this year things will be wide open for at least a few years. I don't see that any team will be dominating as Zanesville and Chilli have this year and last. Folks need to untwist their knickers and realize that these two teams are the exception, not the rule....

Depends on whether Warren shoots better than 28% or not. You're not going to be able to beat many teams with shooting like that. That said, I can't imagine the Warriors being that cold two games in a row.

I'll also say Warren by about 10.

Warren should sweep the evening. Let's hope the varsity team makes a statement after the Z-ville loss. Let's also hope that the team is at full strength for the remainder of the season. Thus far we have had kids missing pretty much every game. It's tough to play short handed. As far as I know everyo...

Belpre has a way to go, as was shown by the loss to a struggling Marietta at home. I'm still not sure that this year's VC is as good as last year, but they are good enough to handle the Eagles pretty easily.

VC by 16, even at Belpre.

Warren wins ugly. Didn't get to attend the game due to another commitment but the score was something like 45-41 Warren. Warren JV won too (ugly). Oh well, a win is a win.

Keep moving forward Warriors!

Left the game with a few minutes left and Belpre was down by about 15. It was an ugly game. Belpre did not look good at all. They really do not seem to run an offense consistently. Phalzgraph was tough for FF to stop in the 2nd half (when they finally got the ball to him). FF was the better team by ...
