Re: Big Ten Network and Time Warner strike a deal!!!

I think the best sure answer we can get is if huedawgs connection tells him the channel number. huedawg if you could, find out something as soon as you can. He couldn't specify a channel number today , only thats its going to take place . I'll keep this updated if I hear of anything different . Loo...

Re: Big Ten Network and Time Warner strike a deal!!!

Let me know something as soon as possible. The longer this drags out and them not telling us a channel leads me to believe we aren't getting it. Ok, I just got off the phone with Craycraft over there and he is assuring me that they are working on it as we speak . He couldn't give a time line , just...

Re: Big Ten Network and Time Warner strike a deal!!!

Who should we believe the techs, or the lady at the front desk? I am tired of getting 100 different answers!!!!!!! I believe the techs as they were the ones in the meeting with their district manager and not the lady(s) up in the front desk . Either way , I wasn't chancing it so I ordered direct tv...

Re: Big Ten Network and Time Warner strike a deal!!!

What office did you go to huedawg? This is what happened to me today. My mom called and they told her it would be on digital 122. Then I called and I talked to somebody on the sales team and they said it would be on basic cable in Ironton and they didn't know channel yet. Then I went to the Russel ...

Re: Big Ten Network and Time Warner strike a deal!!!

huedawg, will it launch in time for the game on Saturday? They told me it would and that it was almost ready to go live . The only problem they said they were having was some minor legal issues because there are a lot of Kentucky residents that are wanting it , however, they are not going to be abl...

Re: Big Ten Network and Time Warner strike a deal!!!

I was over at Time Warners office this morning on a service call and spoke to some of their techs . They told me that they just had a meeting yesterday and was told that it was coming to Ironton and that it was going to be somewhere from 2 - 70 and that is was going to be on basic cable . Thus far, ...

Re: Big Ten Network and Time Warner strike a deal!!!

I was just now told that we would get the Big Ten Network in standard definition, high definition, and in video on demand. That is what a customer service representative told me we would get in Ironton. When I asked what channel it would be on she told me they didn't have that information yet. If a...

Re: Big 10 Network

Just got off the phone with them and they said that the area from Portsmouth to Ironton will not get this as they are receiving from the Kentucky area and not Ohio . What a bummer ! Looks like Direct TV for me then :( Apparently , the Ironton and its surrounding are not considered Mid Ohio .

The Big 10 network and Time Warner signed a deal last night, details are to be released later. Should be in effect for the opener this saturday. Omg , are you sure ? I bet Time Warner customers will have to pay a premium to get it though ? Would you happen to have any links or anything so that I ca...

Big 10 Network

Is anyone else here tired of the Big Ten Network and not being able to view some of the Ohio State football games? Well, I guess this only applies if you are on cable , however, it is still sooooooo very annoying . Very seriously considering the switch to Direct TV or something .

Re: Ironton 22 VS Wheelersburg 23 - FINAL

In this one you can see the left foot/toe still dragging in bounds, both arms cradling the ball and the right foot still not yet touching out of bounds. Good catch, good call. http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m257/gt132794/1-2.jpg Dont you mean his right foot is still in bounds and his left foot ...
