Re: South Gallia vs. Notre Dame at the convo

Fortunately for South Gallia, this game will be played on the road. I hear those Runnin' Rebels can't seem to come up with a call in their favor out in Mercer-Vegas!   So, and only because this game is at the convo, I'll take SG by as many as they want. BUT WAIT!!! Since the OHSAA...

Re: 12-30 - Chesapeake (5-1) @ Ironton (7-0)

I know this is an old topic, but I was always taught that you lead by example. Does this not apply to coaches as well? Taking Carter out of the game cost Ironton this one. Maybe if he doesn't want his players cussing and yelling like idiots he should take his own advice and do the same.

Re: Youngstown State vs. Austin Peay

There is also a picture of him in the endzone. It is under the link "game photos" on that article. He is number 89. I would post it on here, but it won't let me copy and paste it.

Youngstown State vs. Austin Peay

Congratulations to Andy Coalgrove on his win, first catch, and first TOUCHDOWN!!!! Youngstown -- The Youngstown State football team scored 28 unanswered points after trailing by 11 in the second quarter and senior quarterback Brandon Summers tossed a school-record-tying four touchdown passes to lead...

I thought it was great. One of the better plays Ironton has done the last couple of years.

Re: What did you think of the dunk contest?

Rudy Fernandez got screwed on his second dunk. I thought it was a lot better than dwight Howards dunk on the 12 foot rim. Nate Robinson's dunk OVER Dwight Howard was amazing though.

Re: Transfers

The OHSAA has several rules against transfering. Someone who wishes to transfer to a different school MUST establish residency in a different school district, or an address in a different state, for an entire year. If not, the player has to sit out a year, and waste a year of eligibility.

Due to very poor scheduling on South Point Senior League's part, I will be playing in a baseball game at 5:30 in the evening.
