I think that prediction is more probable than Unioto being a contender. I like.
Zane Trace- Adena ,for the title
Paint Valley- Unioto- Piketon, battling for third
Huntington- Southeastern- Westfall- fighting to stay out of the cellar.

Everything I have been hearing is they will be well coached and play hard. I would take that as to mean they will be similar to last season, still rebuilding. Most think they will finish in the top half of their league though which would make them solid. Should be a good foundation game.

Congratulations to the Panthers. They have outscored the 2,3, & 8 ranked teams in this region by 80 points. Should feel pretty confident for a competitive game next week. Courthouse area would be ideal. 45 minutes for SE and a little over an hour for Covington.

Best of luck to Coach Adams at Southeastern. Has a young nucleus to build around and surely doesn't want anyone on the team that does not want to be there. The young kids competed last season and I expect nothing but the same this season. No predictions just improve through out the season.

After the top two it should be a battle for 3-6, can't wait for league play to begin.

How many games did you go to today? I watched two of the three. Spot on with SE assessment, they looked good. Unioto and Vinton was a good match up with the more athletic team pulling out the W. Best of luck to the remaining SVC schools, should continue to have a few teams make a good run.
