But I am confused on how the Logan jr high program is "losing". I mean you said its really bad over there, and I was just looking for actual clarification.

Abe - don't believe that is the issue. Look at the successful programs in your area. Their numbers are up and all is good. Kids today don't want to play anything that is associated with losing. The 8th grade last year went 5-2-1. Took an undefeated Jackson team to the 4 yard line before time ran out. Freshman and Sophomore classes will restore order.

The fresh and the sophomore are not going anywhere. They all love the game and have had successful years in middle school. Trust me the future is bright.
