Took the list of returner starters and guys that played a lot down. Didn’t think about people taking shots at kids playing for their school.

There are some people on here that need to be sat in the corner for a while or permanently.

The OVC was created at a meeting in Oak Hill in the 1950's. Wheelersburg has also been an OVC member. Other members at one time or another include Symmes Valley, Ceredo Kenova, Wayne, and Buffalo-Wayne.
