Orange n brown, nice!~ I had my first real test this past weekend. The wife and I took the kids to Chicago for a long weekend! I had to have the Lou Malnattis deep dish, 3 slices. Also, went to Bubba Gumps and had the bucket O trash! However, we walked everywhere, probably logged 10 miles in 3 days...

My youngest boys teachers know how much I appreciate them...I remind them everytime I see them! We had two awesome ones last year and they still help him out and a whole group of awesome ones this year!!

I expanded my raised garden this year... can't wait to have more plants!!

yes we all have those mum I actually lost more than the 1.4 this week I actually lost almost 6 I'd been bad....a couple days last week

good job eagles73! I am back to 3lbs from the 90lb loss... and only 50 to go!!

never thought I'd ever do this or say this but I will be doing a 5k walk...started training for it yesterday!walked a mile and half before my arches gave me fits! a year ago I could only do a half mile...

gained..stress eater still learning..next week will be better!!

Down another pound this week!! 12.8 to the big 100!!! finally got brave and decided on my goal...

I'm okay it was really close to the tire shop here in town with tons of old tires laying around talk about a hazard!!! I never saw the fire etc. never knew until channel 10 showed this morning where it even was... I know they went back out to it earlier today...*sigh* when there is high winds NEVER ...

omg how true that was and going to town and possibly eating out was a treat now its a sin if you don't do it everyday

onb: I saved one pair of pants from my pre WW days. One day I'm gonna take a pic of them and put it on Facebook. I think two of me can fit in them now. On topic: Down 2.5 more in the last three weeks. I'm a turtle still, but, 5 of that poundage I gained during my 'recuperation' are off! Yippee! Goo...
