On the schedule it does have 6:00 as the starting time. Everyone in Jackson knows whose screw up it was. Scheduling conflicts are a common thing in the athletic department. So, will the game be rescheduled?

When is the administration going to do something about him? They hire an AD with NO experience, pay him that kind of salary and then they accept all of his screw ups! Enough is enough! How hard is it to schedule a game?! If he had called their AD would he not have known that it was in fact and early...

I give Hurst credit for at least trying to build the program. The biddee league program is the first step in doing that. The sad thing is that there are so many coaches in those lower levels who don't teach the kids the fundamentals. he is at least trying to do that. As far as the girls program...I ...

This wasn't a good coaching change for the program. Numbers are down, moral is down. Girls play with no heart. A sad situation.

What in the world is going on in the Ironlady program this year? I'm not sure why the girls "played" the way they did Saturday night. They did not seem to be enjoying themselves at all. Is this an indication on how the new coach is going to coach them this year?

I heard that she really didn't want the job to begin with but the AD wouldn't leave her alone, so she came in to talk to him. She apparently told someone that she would be crazy to walk in to a mess like this when she can run her own program the way she wants to in Minford. Parents did NOT decide th...

I'm told the tests scores aren't very good this year...but as parents we don't know yet because he hasn't released them. I guess the overall ones are on the internet. He may have focused on reading, but look at where the other scores are such as math and science. I think more harm than good. definit...

From what I've been hearing the football team does not have the numbers to field a true JV team. Since Jackson is a "football" town, if that starts declining, do you think that will enough attention that puts pressure on our mighty school administrators? They have already run both girls an...

This whole situation is sad. Those girls wanted to play for Heath and still do. The program was headed in a positive direction for the first time in years. McKinniss developed a summer league for them and they also suited up a freshman team for the first time under his tenure. Now, look at things......

know your role, the way you phrased it it almost sounded like you were implying that this coach would treat them fairly as opposed to the previous coach not treated them fairly, as one parent accused. I personally don't have anything against either coach..I simply wanted to point out that McKinniss ...
