The new coaches at West has this group of boys looking and acting like a football team. I am impressed with how the players conduct themselves. West may not have the biggest, fastest or most talented team but they play real well together and they look better each week as a team.

I would say with West size they would be better with a 60/40 pass to run ratio. Then again it depends on who are playing each week. Some teams you might be able to switch the ratio around. I would say that West has a bright future with a new young coach with young assistants who have college experience. Give them a couple of years before you start running them out of town. You may be surprised with the results.
