Although Holzer Hospital itself (and then Holzer Clinic) started in Gallia County, they have expanded to surrounding counties including Athens Meigs and Jackson counties. The first book cost $2 and was printed at Lawhead Press in
Athens... It has been out of print for years and copies
are valuable .... They are hoping to have the new
version ready by Christmas or early January.

It has now been on twice on WOUB-TV -- Nov. 6 and then again earlier tonight (Nov. 26). I do not know whether it will be repeated, but copies are available on DVD through WOUB ....
