Re: Logan Baseball

I don't like to get into you-know-what matches on here, but I happened to see this and, yes, I will reply. What makes you such an expert? No, the team isn't winning games. There's not a lot of experience and they're already having a tough enough of a time as it is. Why pile on them with such a snide...

Re: Chesapeake vs. Portsmouth - Regional Final - 3-19

I saw Portsmouth twice against Logan and was very, very impressed not only with their athleticism but with how well they played together. With their athleticism, I thought they had a chance to make a LOT of tournament noise as long as they continued to play well together. Now, Trojans, go out and ge...

Re: SEOAL JV Records

If someone can get me the final scores to Warren at Gallipolis (Saturday night) and Gallipolis at Portsmouth (Feb. 5) I can pass along the final standings. Those are the only two SEOAL games I am missing.

Re: Portsmouth vs Waverly at the Wellston tourny

I know it's not on the subject, but does anyone have a score on the Warren-Harvest Prep game that was played afterwards?

Also, the roster I have for Portsmouth does not include Bendolph. What uniform number does he wear?

Thanks!

Re: D5 R19 #6 Ridgewood @ #3 Wheelersburg

We look forward to hosting you, Ozzie, and all the great fans of Wheelersburg (as long as the OHSAA doesn't do an about-face on the game site). Had Logan not been playing a playoff game the same night last season, the Fredericktown-Wheelersburg game likely would have been in Logan too.

Re: MSL Expansion = Logan and Chilly???

Thank you, Orange and Brown, you are quite correct... The Logan Daily News WILL report on this issue IF it gets past the rumor/speculation stage. The LDN is very well aware of the rumors and of all the talk that is going on and the LDN was aware of them long before they got online. It's unfair to pu...

Tiebreaker IS the head-to-head results. Gallipolis owns any tiebreaker over Ironton by winning 2 of 3 games.

Re: Lady cavaliers end the streak

Oh, and GAHS, you are correct about the divisions... except that it will be double round-robin starting next season, with each team playing each other team once at home and once on the road. No league doubleheaders are scheduled at this point, although a couple might have to be played due to travel ...
