yes indeed...cant see how a first year varsity player and sophomore can get it ahead of well deserving juniors and seniors. [b]too bad that factors other than on field play go into picking the conference and district teams[/b]. not trying to get anything started but there are some glaring oversight...

Now that every SOC team is sadly out of the playoffs what are your thoughts on who should get what? When are they usually released?

Just watched video from the Minford game vs RW, how many times did Oesch fumble? Uncharacteristic of him. Turnovers killed Minford against Ridgewood. I have never seen the momentum change more than after those fumbles, you could almost feel the change in the stadium. Back to the game at hand. This ...

Athens has turf, as does Marietta. How feasible would it be to play back up there. Is that close to halfway for each team? Minford played like they were capable of playing the first half. Second half was a whole different story. Ridgewood was extremely fast, faster than any team Minford has faced including the Burg.
