Behind the obvious top two teams you mentioned I would think the mustangs, panthers,and pioneers, will battle it out for third, followed by paint valley, pike ton and the huntsmen trying to stay out of the cellar. Should be pretty balanced after the two favorites.

Schedule looks a little better than the past. Not playing Manchester and fayettville will definitely hurt their overall record but help them get better in the long run. Best of luck to the panthers.

I too thought western could only win 3-5 games this season. When I watched them earlier they had an exchange student that gave them good minutes. Is he no longer on the team?

Huntington, Southeastern, Unioto, Zane Trace will be in the top half

Southeastern 8th grade beat PV by a few points last week and defeated Huntington last night. Sounds like ZT and Unioto are playing pretty well, should be some exciting games the next couple weeks in the SVC.

Western has a nice team, and couple nice players that will hopefully continue to improve. I would think they would be one of the top teams in their league. I watched the Southeastern game and they were winning by 15 or 16 points with under 3 minutes left. That game could of been ugly if the Indians ...

I see ZT pulling this one out and end up tied in the overall league standings with Westfall in the end.. behind Adena and Piketon.

Same thing happened in the girls 4x4 on Wednesday. The girl was upset and knew it was over, they didn't call it and put her back in the blocks.

No not at all, schools have done this for years. All schools have the ability to do the same thing. I do not believe they have done anything illegal. Just doing it for extended periods of time gets people talking and someone will step in and mess up a good thing that has been available for local sch...

If they get another exchange student that can play ball, for the third year in a row. Something is definately going on in Waverly that is not on the up and up. I should say everyone else will know what is going on as well.

I wouldn't be suprised if he ended up somewhere for a year or two.

What Ironman92 just said about sums it up. There will probably be little interests in this job and with the quick turnaround in coaches at Jackson it will be hard for someone to invest time at the elementary level, after a few years they will probably be on their way out, better worry about the kids...

Waverly had a good season but I wouldn't say the Tigers went far?

Have they had the boys and girls banquet yet? If not, that should be interesting. What exactly is a support group? I agree, they will have a hard time getting anyone with varsity experience to apply for the job.

I would hope he sticks to his word. I am shocked they made it to 40. I really liked the Pioneers chances in a low scoring game, just couldn't get it done down the stretch. Still a good season for the Pioneers.

For Chesapeakes sake it would be beneficial for trace to Get into a run and gun type game. Not that I don't think Trace would do well in that type of game, they too have some athletes. Just think they would be Better off in a low scoring game and would not be suprised if this game is not the high sc...
