I know many successful coaches who have had their kids come in early on game day to improve aspects of the team with which they are struggling(especially early in the season).

Oak Hill's best player during the 1950's was Adrian Hayes. Maybe the best male BB player ever at Oak Hill.

The post players do not, at this time, work hard enough inside to deserve a post pass. Sure they need to get touches, but the perimeter players cannot force the ball inside if the bigs are not open.
