Glenwood Varsity Soccer team is looking for a couple of scrimmages this season. We are participating in the Super Scrimmage on the 15th. Other than that we have open dates. Anyone interested please contact Coach Jon Estep at jon.estep@newboston.k12.oh.us.

Zane Trace has committed to the super scrimmage. So the ten teams that will participate are the following:
Glenwood New Boston
Wheelersburg
South Webster
Portsmouth Clay
Valley
Portsmouth West
Ironton St. Joe
Unioto
North Adams
Zane Trace
The schedule for the day will be posted in a few weeks.

There is no admission fee either for fans.

You can now add North Adams to the list of teams for the day. We have nine teams and are lookig for one more. Looking for one more team that is not in the SOC.

Last reminder for anyone planning on participating in the tournament that registration will be from 8:30-9am. At that time we will then do a blind draw for the brackets. Tournament will start approximately 9:30. $50 per team at sign-ups tommorrow. Double elimination

Just an update on the tournament, there have been several commitments to the tournament already, especially in the 18 and up group. Last year there were 25 total teams with more divisions. In the 18 and up division there were 12 teams and in the high school division there were 8 teams.

I have talked to their AD. he said he would pass on the info to the new coach. So I waiting to hear from them. I was seeing if they would be interested in a single scrimmage or coming to our super scrimmage.
