On a serious note, Jack Branon suffered a heart attack either during the game or shortly after. He's currently in surgery at Grant. For those of you who don't know, Jack coached the Pirate baseball team for many years.

The announcer at the game said Thursday but he could have been mistaken.

The Pirates will play either against Fredericktown or Hamilton Badin next Thursday at 10 am at Huntington park.
