coy from logan got 1st in the shot in d1 seth vermillen from logan got 7th in the 800 in d1 and logans 4x800 got 10th with a nre school record.

coy is the 2nd best thrower in the country.

not sure how true it is but i have herd that the warner girl from gallipolis isnt running track this year.

Logan looked good at the state meet cant wait to see the outdoor season to start now.

That amanda team looks good. they had alot in the champion. That luck kid looked big. That kid that pined him wasnt that big but he just had some good uperbody and he got ontop of luck and he could get up, but nice job to all amanda.

Congradulation to logans seth vermiilen. HE now has the Logan high school indoor recored in the 1600 meter 4:39 mins and 3200 metter in 10:40 mins. looking to see him get better and better over the track season.

Do you have to have a kind of card so run in this races. My buddy said you need it for run bc your not in high school or college.

Does anyone know were thee will be some indoor track meets for a person that is out of high school and just wants to run unattached and is an older person?????????????????????????????????/

I think that Asics are the best kind of shoe to run in. I got a pair of Nick Air max and i dont think they last very good at all.

I hope with logan not having coach fraun no more that the runners will still come out and run. If it was me i would still want to run so i could win for him.
