thanks tiger cannon, ive been doin the golds gym bench for 245 my max, and got thru it pretty good, so im stepping it up , and gonna go for around 255 at the alexander meet, depending on how my previous lifts felt, and go for around 385 on deadlift , still depending on how my previouls lifts were

this saturday im gonna be attending the alexander weight lifting meet, so im hoping to set new two new maxs in bench and dead lilft

Alexanders is this Saturday the 26, it will be bench and deadlift
