Vinton County has Caitlyn Owings in the high jump and Justin Hawk in the 110H and 300H. With out looking for DII, I believe Zane Trace, Hillsboro, Circleville, Unioto, and Fairland each have multiple athletes going in various events. I know Portsmouth and McClain are also sending at least one athlete.
