There will be a meeting on Monday, November 1 at 6:30 at the Jackson Ponderosa to discuss the all-district banquet and determine the district runners and coaches of the year. Dues for the season ($10) can be paid at this time.

Since there is only one race in DII, the top 16 boys will be well under 18:45, probably 17:30 or so. I also wouldn't be surprised to see a spread of less than 50 points for the teams in the 3rd-8th places. The race is going to be interesting to say the least. It is an exceptionally flat course. The first and last miles have long stretches without any change of direction. The second has a lot of curves, which slows momentum. Between the perfect weather, the flat course, and the runners starting to "peak", it made for some fast times.
