Re: Piketon Results
Part of the reason people run faster at Piketon is I think they believe they can run their best time. You guys that have been around for awhile know a lot of this is from the neck up. Wheelersburg's Conley ran 18:38 at Piketon and ran 18:56 two weeks later in the SOC at Northwest. Brian Stiers ran 1...

Re: How are boys & girls races seeded at District?
My understanding is that the coaches have a meeting and vote on the number one seed and that team goes into race one, then number two goes into race 2 anlong with seed 4. Seed 5 and 6 go into race number one with the first seed and so on.

Re: Week 2-Wheelersburg (0-1) @ Oak Hill (1-0)
Does anyone know how long this contract if for? Will Oak Hill and Wheelersburg continue to play each other for the next year? Two? How long, would be great the two schools are only about 30 minutes apart, would be great to see.

Re: Districts Boys Rio Grande
Am I reading this right? The state changed the representation after only one year of a two year cycle? Everything should be as it was last year. At least for one more year. ![Evil or Very Mad ](./images/smilies/icon_evil.gif)

Re: Southeast District Records Date Back Only to 2007
Wheelersburg's Chris Slusher ran the 300 hurdles in 39.2 in 1997 at Ironton. But his record was never added to the old record list. Rex Pyles of Wheelersburg or Burt Wood of Gallia Academy probably holds the discus record.

Re: Division III Girls Distict meet at Oak Hill with 33 teams!!!
What Coack K said is exactly correct. The same thing happened 4 years ago with the DIII girls cross country district. The SE got one team to the regionals and 4 individual runners because in 2004 there were only 5 teams (at least 5 runners). The Southeast was pentalized. Coaches got busy got more ru...
