you can"t ever count a team out. remember in 2005 when Northwest beat Wheelersburg. Nobosy saw that coming. It allowed South Webster to get S.O.C. outright even they burg beat them once. The unexpected can happen.

i don't think it should be allowed. and you should not be allowed to ref at schools where you know athletes that play on the team. theres a ref that knows some of the athletes on our team and makes ridiculous calls against them. i don't think it's right but there is nothing you can do about it.
