Just an update on this game. It has been changed to Buffalo. Vinson/SP schedule was mis-scheduled by one school. So the Pointers will play at Buffalo-Wayne.

I was speaking of 8th grade, SP doesn't have enough kids for 7th grade. They do have some bleachers on one side of the field. I just brought my captains chair...and set on visitor side, it was kinda like a soccer game. Up close and personal..

Any thoughts on this game? Did Portsmouth play last week, I didn't see a score for them? Should be a great game at the Trojan Coliseum.

Ironton plays behind new Elem/Middle School. SPMS played them week before last. Ironton is big upfront, but lack speed. SP was able to get on the edge and put up some points on the board. Nice find, these boys deserve to play, they weren't the only ones playing with more than 2 at Gus Macker. They are just being picked on because of this group of 8th graders success in sports through middle school. Go SPMS!!!

Congrats to the Pointers for a great year.. its been 19 years since the middle school was undefeated at SPMS.
