Re: Reg 23 after week 9
If those two teams lose then Trimble will move up and it could be interesting between n.c, Bishop, and river. Will be close for the last spot.

Re: week 10: Symmes Valley (8-1) @ South Gallia (7-2)
I would put Symmes valley in the same company as wahama. South gallia needs to play a smart complete game. Agianst wahama they did this for 3 quarters. I could see this being a low scoring game. The first one to double digits wins. 12-7 south gallia

Week 10 already man this season has went by fast. Rebels could have a home game with a win. Hope they can pull this one out.

Re: Reg 23 Tonight
Just doing some quick numbers I believe the region will look like this coming into week 10 1. Symmes valley 2. Danville 3. Bealsville 4. Bishop 5. Buckeye c 6. South gallia 7. Notre dame 8. Sciotoville 9. River 10. Trimble 11. Newark cath. Just from doing some quick math I can't see any one below th...

But this is all based on a Win tonight. A big L will mean we can break out the ball racks and turn on the lights to the gym.

Re: Week 9: South Gallia ( 6-2, 5-2) at Waterford (5-3, 4-2)
Projectin the winners of this weeks game notre dame will be 8.667 after this weekend with a lose and south gallia will get a big jump up to 10.38 (if fed hock beats eastern) or 10.43 ( if eastern beats fed hock) but with the top 5 teams winning they will move up an south gallia will fall into 6

Re: Week 9: South Gallia ( 6-2, 5-2) at Waterford (5-3, 4-2)
With Trimbles forfeit to Coal Grove they drop to #12 in the region. Does this mean everyone below Trimble will move up one spot? If so SG would be sitting at #9 and could very easily move into the #7 spot if they get a win tonight. They should leap over river and Newark cath. And should have enough...

Re: Week 9: South Gallia ( 6-2, 5-2) at Waterford (5-3, 4-2)
The last two games I have seen that south gallia was not playing in are river valley last year against rock hill, and gallia academy vs ironton in 05. And IMO that defense was better then any team south gallia has played in a while and about even withthe ironton defense.

Re: Week 9: South Gallia ( 6-2, 5-2) at Waterford (5-3, 4-2)
That was one of the most complete defenses I've seen in a couple years. Really??? Make a trip to Canton and Massillon the first weekend of December, there you will see COMPLETE defenses. I agree Wahama's D was ok but laughable when compared to what you see at Ohio state championships. I am glad you...

Re: Week 9: South Gallia ( 6-2, 5-2) at Waterford (5-3, 4-2)
I strongly doubt Waterford will put up 28 points. The rebel defense held the high power wahama offense to 28. Then the next closest were sciotoville east and Trimble scoring 18 points. Meanwhile the waterford offense has only scored 21+ one time this season.
22-8 south gallia win IMO
22-8 south gallia win IMO

Re: 2012 TVC (Ohio and Hocking) Team Reloading
From what I have read and heard Belpre has a very good group of kids coming up from jr high... Might not be ready in 2012 but could have a impact in 2013.

Re: 2012 TVC (Ohio and Hocking) Team Reloading
South gallia will be losing alot of good players. But have some youth in the system. 12 seniors I believe out of the 20-25 on the team.

Re: Week 9: South Gallia ( 6-2, 5-2) at Waterford (5-3, 4-2)
I don't think we will see another defense like that, unless we make playoffs and move passed the first or second round. That was one of the most complete defenses I've seen in a couple years.

Re: Reg 23 updated
There are 11 teams fighting for 8 spots.. South gallia at 10 And sciotoville east at 11. East I believe will be out of the conversation after this Friday. 1. Danville should win out. 2. Bealsville should win out. 3. Rosecrans should split there two. 4. Symmes valley could split or win out. 5. Norte ...

According to Joe, south gallia is sitting in the ten spot and Waterford is in 12th.. Could be a win and in situation. Waterford has Belpre next and should win that game.

Re: Week 9: South Gallia ( 6-2, 5-2) at Waterford (5-3, 4-2)
The defense was very good last night... Wahama had some big pass plays but the run defense was very good... On the other side wahama's defense was as advertised.. Very strong up front with great pursuit and speed on the outside. Rebels need to get a w in this one
