Re: AXIAL LOADING!!!!

xando I have said those very words you pointed out but I have said them for the reasons that botcowa said. It makes me cringe every time I see a boy drop his head and I do teach lead with the chest. The numbers statement is simply to reinforce that if you can't see 'em the head is down. Dropping the...

I agree with sandman. I believe Phil Davis should be mentioned here too. In my dealings with Coach davis he has always been professional and a class act. But there has been a lot of good names mentioned here.

Re: Would you take a forfeit or play the game?????

I agree with you totally BWH. I think it was low class and showed an extreme lack of integrity to take that win. I actually lost in a game I could have taken a forfeit on and it made me a better team. we made some changes that ultimately led to making our playoffs, changes I probably wouldn't have ma...

Re: does anyone know if the fairland coach resigned last night?

I dont know who his assistants will be this season, but I assume that he will keep a few of the guys from Belville's staff, but I have been wrong before. The community of Proctorville and eastern Lawrence County should really get hehind McClung and his staff and offer him the same support that they...

Re: does anyone know if the fairland coach resigned last night?

Outstanding post bgmonster. You have been right on ever since you started posting on here. Althought the majority of this board wasn't there when Nathan resigned the problem remains the same. In my opinion a good board is like a good sports official, most effective when you don't know that they are ...
