DShanton: I was actually at the Zanesville and Warren Harding game andas I said I saw a kid with good potential but not anything near what I saw tonight. Honestly I was not much into the game for one reason or another as I was looking forward to the Cavs playing later in the day, but I didn't see it...

Re: zanesville @ chillicothe
Some stats. Zanesville 56 points on 60 % shooting Chilli 44 points on 39% shooting Prati 24 Van Volkinburg 14 smith 12 Knights 8 Chilli 33 % on their 6 free throws Zanesville 71% on theirs. ( around 12, or 13 I think) Rebounds slightly favored Zanesville I think and both teams finished with 9 turnov...

Re: Sorry To North Adams
Just curious, but how can a school force you to pay a fine if you're tossed? I understand how they can not let you in, ban you from the premises etc., but if they're not the cops how do they make you pay?

pmow3: It is good that you have that confidence in Oak Hill, But Come on! Get in the real world. Chillicothe would destroy The mighty Oaks. In fact if Waverly played Chillicothe Ten times they might when two. Now do not get me wrong, Waverly deserves all the credit for last nights win. They caught ...

Re: Chillicothe @ Waverly on Tuesday 2/17
Bottom line is that Chill lost. The refs may have been terrible, but I'm sure that more of it had to do with Waverly playing an exeptional game and Chilli being tired because of the fact that they are in the midst of playing 8 games in 14 days. I am as avid a Cavalier fan as anyone and probably more...

Re: Chillicothe @ Waverly on Tuesday 2/17
I would rather see Chilli save their legs than win this one by 20 points. I would be fine with a 10 point win and a quarter and a half of work from the Starters. Maybe 1 quarter from the starters on thursday vs the vill and be ready for Saturday. That is the ONLY thing that matters right now.

Re: Chillicothe @ Waverly on Tuesday 2/17
Malik has only played high school ball for two weeks he needs all the time he can get to get in a rythm for the tournament. I wouldn't wanna be a JV player on any team CHS plays though.

Game is Friday night and the Cavs must win to stay in 1st place in the south. With the tough game against Reynoldsburg saturday it would be nice to see them rest some guys and get out of there relatively easy but a footb... oops I mean basketeball game against the Cheiftains is seldom easy.

Re: D2 Southeastern Sectional.
I agree with the soc2 being better than the scol especially after watching Waverly drill Hillsboro and Miami Trace in preseason scrimmages this yr. I know its just a scrimmage but neither of those teams matched up to Waverly at all and weren't even good scrimmages for us. And Oak Hill can play with...

Re: D2 Southeastern Sectional.
Let's Hope Voters take-in consideration schedule strength when they look at Seedings. SOC is a much, much stronger league than the others. Chilli and Elm are locks. But, place boro, mclain, or ch in the SOC vs. Oak Hill, burg, and the (Jekyll/Hides) minford, valley. and nw....it's likely you might ...

Re: D@ Logan Sectional seeding
Marietta may not get to play vc though because warren jackson or gallia could beat them before us. Seoal is the cream of the crop in Southeasten Ohio That's funny. VC already beat Jackson at Jackson 65-41 this season. VC has tried to get Gallia on the schedule for years, but Gallia refuses to play ...

Re: D2 Southeastern Sectional.
Fine, put Marrietta above Court house. The Southeastern sectional is still a bear at the top and MUCH deeper. I think they should do away with the sectional and seed the district. If you only have to win one game to get to Athens, what's one more round there gonna hurt?

Re: D2 Southeastern Sectional.
I find it interesting that, according to the Southeastern district website, the #3 seed will end up facing the #1 seed before the #2 seed. This is apparantly do to the reshuffling after the Logan sectional merges with the Southeastern sectional. Why do they not just disband the sectionals and seed o...

Re: D@ Logan Sectional seeding
They will all probably lose their first game in Athens vs. the Southeastern teams. It's a huge difference in sectionals this year for some reason.
