Re: Should Wellston Keep Playing Jackson?
I have ties to both teams and I can tell you why,PRIDE. Win or lose I guarantee there no game on either schedule that the kids get up for or want more. In the past the pep rallies have been explosive and left us with many fond memories win or lose. If you don't believe that then you must be new to t...

Re: Jackson vs. Wellston...
Looks like the offense is beginning to click but still needs time. Could be pretty decent once the timing issues are worked out. The offensive line will need to provide protection all year. The line will need to pick up the blitz a bit better in pass protection to give Wadling time. The line blew out...

Re: Jackson Ironmen
I thought the offensive line did a good job staying with blocks and giving the quarterbacks plenty of time. The defensive line looked good in the middle. Our D backs need to tighten up but on the other hand it may just be them getting used to and comfortable playing what looked to be zone. The 2 quar...

Re: Jackson 2009 Ironmen
I believe that Dewey was on vacation. We'll see him this next 7 on 7. We're heavy on running backs and linebackers which is good in that many will play one way and will help them to stay fresh for 4 quarters.

Amen, sportsmanship starts with the parents!
For the National Anthem, I lost friends in Iraq just as many have lost loved ones throughout the years and we owe all of them at least that little bit of respect.

Re: 2009 SEOAL Previews: Jackson Ironmen
The speed is not where we'd like to be for coach Hall's style but the emphasis has been placed on it since he took the reins. I believe with his program that we will see significant improvement this year as well as over the next few years. Hopefully under his tenure we'll have a few more boys come o...

Re: 2009 SEOAL Previews: Jackson Ironmen
I was looking over the projected lineups and think you'll see significant changes to what is posted. You'll see a few more sophmores especially on D. I will not make the predictions here but with a new coach that I personally heard say that each player will earn spots each week and the majority will...
Re: seoal
Congrats to a fine gallia team. It was very nice to have the boys working together after the meet. About the scoring, if the Logan coach would have minded his own business the computer problem could have been corrected much quicker. In all fairness, if the program would have done what it was suppose...

Re: jr high wrestling
Jackson is still trying to catch up but at least the program is moving forward instead of the alternative. It looks like we've got a few pretty decent Jr. high kids with one returner from last year who should hold his own.
