bystander tibbs is in the top 3 for blocked shots and defensive rebounds defense he has maybe for your team---how would you know those stats at this point--I guess my opinion could be wrong, but I am basing it on what I have seen when they played us and both those games was about offense for him---...

how can you make an assumption on leadership unless you have seen every game, practise, etc?????? and obviously most coaches only get to see these guys at a max of 2-3 games per season--so it would be hard for any coach to vote regarding a players leadership
