You have so many ideas so why don't you apply for the position? Since, you say that you are old-school (which is a good thing) and that you know football, you would probably be a good candidate yourself.

With that amount of time it is probably safer now to run the ball b/c teams like to start dropping lbs into a little deeper zones, etc.

Some people come on here with one or two examples of girls being able to play. You have to look at those examples and ask: Is this case the exception or the rule?
