Obviously the Oaks are the best D4 team in SE Ohio but the TVC Hocking still had 3 teams in the District Finals. That says something about the TVC Hocking. One team does not make a conference.

I would guess that those rates are more than likely for a 5 year ARM and not a 30 year fixed like most folks here get.
