Jacob Mckee from Russell is a 5th grader this year and played on the STATE team last year as a 9 year old. Pitched in the state tourney, left handed and can throw JUNK. He is the best 5th grader I have seen, Little league, AAU, USSSA..... Just a thought.

I do know at the Russell JFL, if you are kicked out of a game your actions are reviewed by the board. You will automatically be setting the next game also and if your actions include cursing and antics of unfavorable character... Then you will be kicked out and not allowed to coach in the league... ...

20 games divided into 30 kids, with every kid playing in every game = 10 games,,,add 2 rounds of playoffs and it kinda adds up.... Our Middle School plays 10 games plus playoffs now and with the new state championship playoff system you are looking at 14-15 games... So if it looks like we played too...

Thanks,,, and also our RB-Messer was hurt also and definitely not 100%, he took a helmet to the tailbone in the first quarter.... Bronson Korzep never missed a beat with a 200 yard rushing performance to have his best rushing game of the year....... It was a dream ending to a great season for sure.....
