ahh.... I love the way he coaches. He demands discipline. Parents are parents and just looking out for their "babies", which is normal i guess. I'm glad to see him back.....He is an EXCELLENT coach

I agree X-Factor.... I have spoken with Perdas and he is really determind and motivated and will do great things when he gets a program to take over. If you ask any Lady Bear they will say that he pushes them harder than any other coach at SSU or any coach they have ever had. He has their respect. H...

Anyone in their right mind would go with the Perdas from Shawnee. He has assited under Robin Hagen-Smith for 3 years and helped those ladies make great strides. He's coached on the national stage against many NAIA powers. That alone makes him qualified for PWHS!

I hear that Todd Purdas, the women's assistant coach at SSU has applied and could be the front runner. He's young, but brings great experience to the team. I hope the board does make the smart move and give him the job.

Thanks for the compliment, however I would not call our senior class phenomenal. We fell short of our goal of a sectional title. We did however have phenomenal chemistry. We pushed each other extremely hard year round and enjoyed each others company tremendously. I am glad you have the desire to win...

As a former player I can tell you that nothing is wrong with the coaching staff or the effort they have put in. They took the team from 1-2 wins to a winning record. The senior class of 2006 had plenty of talent and I think West simply hasn't re-loaded since then. They have a so-so youth league so w...
