People quit, whatever the reason. Statistically, it would appear to me that the missing link in RV's personnel has been out due to discipinary problems rather than those who have left. No doubt it hurts every time you lose bench strength but that is water over the dam. Regardless of Coach Layton's a...

The TVC would be a nice fit for RVHS. There have been problems in the past, mostly on RV's part. When they physically consolidated the schools, the administration and board were convinced that they could compete in the SEOAL and snubbed the TVC. Not only at that time but I think twice more. RVHS doe...

Home/Home would be great but GA's gym would never hold the crowd nor would the town like the parking. RV's gym may hold more but would be very tight. When the new schools are completed, perhaps it could happen. Good luck RVHS. Lets bring this one home!

I do not know about an analysis but I was at the game. Fairland led for a great deal of the first half and RV went in with a lead at halftime. In the 3rd quarter RV pulled away and FHS could not recover. It was a contest of speed versus size and depth. RV controlled the boards in the second half and...

I have watched RV nearly every game for many years. They have seen a lot of talent go through the program. For several of these seasons, many gifted players have left for other programs including GA & Meigs. I wonder if the moves worked out well for them during and after high school? Over the ye...

Good game and the score was back and forth. CH had one player, #23 who was dangerously accurate. As the game winded down, the CH coach made sure he had the ball. When the necessary end-of-the-clock fouling started, #23 went to the line repeatedly and shot nearly 100%. Very good coaching on the part ...

I was at the game and sat on the stage. The EHSJV team was standing behind their team several times doing something, I do not know what. Whatever it was, it was not loud enough for me to hear. Regarding my comment about foul shots, I was not complaining, just stating that EHS's foul shooting kept th...

Eastern put a bunch of points on the board from the foul line. The refs called RV very close (not complaining). Eastern had a lot of speed but not the horses. I would be curious to know how many points came from foul shots. RV looked very strong and should have a great season. They need to control t...

I am behind RH all the way. A first-class (and classy) program that knows what it takes to build success. Good luck RH!
