Hard to tell...Minford was not that impressive against Rock Hill, who had a freshman QB in which they knew they would run 99% of the time. Went to this game...passing needs to improve for both teams. RH's way smaller line gave fits to the Falcons with 2 guys well over 100 yards (knowing they were going to run with freshman QB)...but giving it to Minford with just enough to get by...Gaines played an excellent game. Good job SOC!

Watched Minford against West...not impressed. Burg does need to work better on inside run though. Should be ok with totally one dimensional team like Minford. Very impressed with Waverly's turnaround in one year. Very quick guys and play very hard. Will be rooting for them the rest of season and into playoffs. Great game, weather, and atmosphere.

Good game Burg...very impressed with running lanes opened by O-Line. Purdy from PTOWN seemed athletic enough but they rolled him to his left about every pass attempt...takes a very special arm for a right-handed QB to have any success doing that. Keep it going for the matinee next sat, then get read...
