Re: Week 8: Oak Hill (6-1) @ Symmes Valley (7-0)

And the 4 years before that, Symmes Valley had beaten you 4 years in a row. Very even match up over the past 10 years between a Division 5 school and a Division 6 school. Good luck the rest of your season too. This win should get you a home playoff game.

Re: Week 8: Oak Hill (6-1) @ Symmes Valley (7-0)

Bucks2407, Seriously don't worry about it. The Oaks haven't "been there done that" enough to know how to act. They are trying to capture all the glory they can out of their 2 year run with a really good class that is coming through. A true program such as Symmes Valley doesn't need to act ...

Week 8: Oak Hill (6-1) @ Symmes Valley (7-0)

Can't believe this one hasn't been started yet. Huge game in SOC 1, more than likely determines the SOC 1 Championship. Huge playoff impact for both teams. What are everyone's thoughts on this one?

Coach Davis is a great coach. For him to do what he does in what is really considered a Basketball school is VERY Impressive.

Re: Coal Grove (2-1) @ Trimble (1-2)

After Coal Grove recovers from being down by 2 scores at Trimble when they get off the bus, they will squash any playoff hopes that Trimble still has.

Re: Week 3 Symmes Valley @ Chesapeake

What do you know? Even with SV's so called "weak" schedule for the first 2 games, they are setting #2 in computer rankings just behind Newark Catholic and in front on many other teams at 2-0. Looks like some pretty good scheduling to me. Check out Joe's site.

Re: Week 1- Chesapeake @ Oak Hill

Oak Hill should win the state this year easily. Nobody should even come close to touching them. No one has a chance against them. If they don't it must be the coaching.

Week 1 - Southern at Symmes Valley

Thoughts on this one? Southern has a new coach and new system? They have struggled with the Vikings in the past. What are they bringing to the table this year?

Re: Coal Grove Boys Tourney!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that this is what is wrong with youth sports today. Parents or people crying fair, fair, fair. Life isn't fiar. Little League is a National organization. Of course they just have a blind pick because there are far too many teams to be seated and this is the easiest and quickest thing to do. ...
