Today we lost a great man and a dedicated coach in Eddie Moore. Over 35 years he coached at Zane Trace, Portsmouth, Northwest, and New Boston. He was also a softball and baseball offical. He touched many lives throughout his life. May he rest in peace.

I don't think there is any need for an assigner. The games i have watched have been officiated well, but there is always going to be people who don't like a call or a non-call. But the assigner in basketball doesn't always work, I watch a basketball games where a man was officiating his son.
