Is Portsmouth still planning on building their new complex?

New Boston does have soccer so there is no way in the world they could field a football team and if they did drop soccer it would still probably not be worth their time.

any halftime scores from other games?

I really dont think East has the homecourt advantage on New Boston like it does on the other teams they'll play because NB's gym is actually smaller than East's so whoever comes out to play tonight will win. This is a must win for NB.

The one from Kentucky is what I heard. I always thought if you came from out of state your were eligible to play but I guess not. Good win for East though.
