After watching them thump Green tonight I'll say Western by whatever they want. Game over at half-time with 5 starters sitting with the attendants and queen over on the end of the floor, posing for the photographers.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the Championship game this evening. Not that Piketon came out on top, but that Western really stepped it up tonight and put out a good effort giving the Streaks all they wanted. It was a great game. Congratulations Piketon.

I think tonights consolation game will be a close one. I think the championship game will have the streaks winning by however many Coach Lisath wants to win by. Why are the Tigers suddenly realizing the Classic is a no win situation? This post sounds like Waverly only wants to be part of something if they feel confident they can win. Sorry the rest of the county can compete with you all.

I'm hoping for a better game than everyone is expecting. I'd be pleased to see the Indians within 10, I'd be ecstatic with the Indians ahead at the buzzer.

On Friday I predict Western over Waverly, but it'll be a tight one. Piketon will pretty much have their way with Eastern. In Saturday's consolation game it will be Waverly over Eastern and Western over Piketon in the championship.

Don't underestimate Western. They don't look too bad to me. Everyone thinks that the basketball program ended out here last year but I think they will still be the team to beat. The coach needs a little more experience but the boys are looking pretty good.
