Re: WEEK 9 ~ ZANESVILLE (3-5) @ GALLIA ACADEMY (5-3)
Gallipolis played well tonight. There defense probably played as well as it could have. We definatley had trouble moving the ball on Zanesville but a lot of other teams have as well. Who would have thought that this game would even be close. Remember most people had Gallipolis winning one or two gam...

Re: gallia frosh edge logan
Good game for both teams, it was nice to see the Devils not have a great game but still come out with a win. That was a team effort and has been all year. This class will surprise people if they keep working hard. I also agree that there was good sportsmanship all game, several players on both teams...

Re: WEEK 9 ~ ZANESVILLE (3-5) @ GALLIA ACADEMY (5-3)
Complain when things are going bad but also pat someone on the back when things are going well. Nobody thought that Gallipolis would win 3 games and they have won 5 already and on top of that have got better each week and who would have thought we would be talking about us being possibly in the play...

Re: Gallia Academy- 42 Wellston- 20
Wellston has a nice team and I expect them to get better. I think they should have passed a little more. There qb was a good scrambler and had a nice arm, they also seemed to have a couple of good receivers. Good luck the rest of the season.

Re: WEEK 9 ~ IRONTON @ NELSONVILLE-YORK
Nelsonville is a great small school team but probably will have a hard time against the Tigers. I remember a day when the Buckeys would have played them even up and maybe they will surprise everyone. Remember the Buckeys are probably supposed to lose and the Tigers are supposed to win, but the playe...

Re: WEEK 9 ~ ZANESVILLE (3-5) @ GALLIA ACADEMY (5-3)
The Blue will have to be on top of there game to pull this one out. Having Kruise back will help. Every skilled position will be needed. I think if the Blue pulls this out it will be an upset even though Zanesville is 3-5. If we can mix it up and keep Zanesville guessing we will have a chance and I ...

Re: What might the future SEOAL look like?
I will cheer for the Devils no matter what league they are in and I dont care if we have an SEOAL or not. Some teams like to test greener pastures and others are content to stay put. I would say with out any argument Gallipolis will stay put, but to speculate on any other team would be just that. I ...

Re: What might the future SEOAL look like?
To beleive that the SEOAL will never change is ridiculous, all leagues change for some reason or another. This whole cost thing is what it is all about, but dont fool yourself it is not football with the cost it is all of the other sports. Football just happens to be the leading revenue generator in...

Re: What might the future SEOAL look like?
I think there will always be a "SEOAL" but it will have several teams move in and out. I have no idea why it makes someone mad to beleive that there are teams that have explored the idea of leaving. When people take there ball and go home the games will still continue. Who would have ever ...

Re: Marietta --- the next to leave the SEOAL?
Army, remember the qoate "if it can happen it will happen'. iI have said this for sometime and the SEOAL cheerleaders beleived that this league would last forever. I look for more to come and eventually a complete different look for the SEOAL or maybe even the super league you spoke of before w...

Re: Gallia frosh blank Logan, 12-0
The young devils have got to learn to take advantage of turnovers and punch it in. Drew Young has become a hell of a fullback and with Adkins and Barr blocking up front he will even get better. I think these boys are getting better week to week. The #1 reason is that they are playing games. GO BLUE

Re: Burg in the SEOAL??????
Army, your idea of a SEOAC to me is the best. To say that it will never happen is nieve. One thing for sure and history has proved it if it can happen it hust may happen. Wheelersburg is in a good division now but the idea of them, Ptown, P. West, Chilli. Gallipolis, Jackson, Ironton, and Waverly wo...

Get your Bingo license, you qualify. You would be able to sell pull tabs during your sessions. I beleive Nelsonville York does this and does quite well. Go to one of there sessions and check it out.

Re: Mid-Season SEOAL Playoff Report Card
I guess I never saw how many threads 2 old comes on and dominates or trys to take over. I have had my bouts with him but find him amusing. The problem is he is also arrogant and confrantational. I dont think he ever says a whole lot about any other program but Logan. I have however seen several othe...

Re: WK 6 Portsmouth (1-4 0-2) @ Gallia Academy (3-2 1-1)
Gallipolis got Friday night just what they needed, CONFIDENCE. I expect them to come out and play hard. I hope our game plan calls for a whole lot of the same. We mixed in the run with the pass as well as i have seen us do in a while. I realise it is just one game but Ethan Moore was exceptional in ...

Re: Week 6: Portsmouth (1-4 0-2) @ Gallia Academy (3-2 1-1)
The Devils definatley picked up some confidence Friday night and are starting to beleive in each other. Ethan Moore will only get more confidence as the season goes on. I think this should be a great game with the Devils coming out on top. The Devils mixed it up well last night and are proving they ...

I did see all of the crap on that post and also thought it probably should not have came down, but I respect Logan and Ironton. They are good programs and I know that Logan won with class and Ironton lost with class, I just hope the posters on here do the same. Good Luck to both teams, Logan could h...

Re: WK 5 Jackson (4-0, 1-0) @ Gallia Academy (2-2, 0-1)
Gutcheck to say the least, if he misses he is a idiot to some if he makes it he is a hero to some. I am glad he went for it. This game had the first play for a TD, a long pass for a TD an interception for a TD, a "carriying the d line in" for a TD and of course a gutsy 2 point conversion, ...
